17 2026/27 Fire Safety Announcement. The chairman will give a fire safety announcement.
18 2026/27 Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting, in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
19 2026/27 Declarations of Interests under the Localism Act 2011.
To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
20 2026/27 Public Participation Item.
Session limited to 10 minutes when members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items.  These can be submitted beforehand by emailing the Clerk: clerk@bardneygroup-pc.gov.uk
21 2026/27 To approve as a correct record the notes of the Full Council Meeting held on 20th May 2026 and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.

25 2026/27 Village Grass Cutting and Maintenance To discuss the current maintenance backlog and consider arrangements for grass cutting and general village upkeep.

  1. To consider and approve payments made since the last meeting.
  2. To consider and approve payments on the May – June 26/27 schedule.
  3. To consider and approve the bank reconciliation for May 2026.
  4. To consider quotes from contractor re grass-cutting and other outstanding maintenance.
  5. To consider the updated Asset Register
  6. To consider and approve of the AGAR.

 
27 2026/27 Planning Matters. To consider local applications

  1. The Cedars, 60 Wragby Road: WL/2026/00509 for front extension including replacement of roof, removal of conservatory and erect lounge extension and side garage extension.

29 2026/27 Exclusion of Press and Public. TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS.
